Therapeutic Knee Massager

I have recently had a bad flare up with my knees, I have had osteoarthritis for 8 years. My gp recently said that he would refer me for a double knee replacement, but only being 56, I want to hold that off for as long as I can. I had resorted to using a rollator Walker for the last 3 weeks on holiday to help me ease the pressure off of them which it did, I still had swelling when not using the rollator. I the bought the infra red heated knee massager a week ago and found it quick & comfortable to use. 10 minutes on each knee in the morning and again before bed and it has kept me going much more than I thought it would. I have even been able to comfortably cycle on my trike for 5 miles a few days ago. It has helped me tremendously, My inflammation has reduced to nothing, the pain has reduced to a twinge every now an then. I’m sleeping much better and my neuropathy in my thighs has eased. I’m just taking a couple of paracetamol if necessary but not everyday. My knees have not been clicking and popping when I bend them like they have for years after using the heated massager, it must be circulating the blood supply well. My husband has even put it on his shoulder and it has given him relief from his shoulder strain. This product has worked extremely well for me and the relief it has given me has been worth every penny spent on it.
